Hampton Inn & Suites Port Lavaca

This may have been one of the best experiences I've ever had any hotel. These people helped me so much. The hotel manager during the day went above and beyond in so many ways. They really help me out and got me back on my way! I would highly recommend this hotel

This particular location exceeded standards. When walking in, I took note in the clean, and comfortable environment. The staff, especially the front desk, were professional, polite, and helpful. Didn’t smell like roaches in there or nothing unlike some of the neighboring hotels down the road cough, cough. I will be staying again!

I cannot express my sincere gratitude to the staff and management at this hotel. Christine went above and beyond to ensure my event was a complete success! We have quite a few employees that stay at this hotel and have for well over several months and this is the first time I have not had ANY complaints about the property, staff, cleanliness, noise, etc. - that's a miracle! So a special thank you to Christine, Yvette and the rest of the staff for everything you do!

The waffles are freaking amazing !! By far the best ! Front desk has amazing customers service is always on top with a smile !! The rooms take the cake always has a fresh smell an clean to the T . The housekeepers are always smiling an very attentive . Along with Mrs. Christine is always welcoming !!

Our recent stay at the Hampton Inn in Port Lavaca, Texas was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the welcoming atmosphere. Our room was impeccably clean, incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and maintained to a very high standard throughout our stay. The Texas heat was no match for the terrific AC in our room, which kept us wonderfully cool and comfortable. After a long day of exploring the area, sinking into the plush, comfortable beds was a dream – we slept like logs! What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding service we received. We especially want to commend Marquita, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect experience. Her friendly demeanor, helpfulness, and genuine care were truly remarkable and made us feel so welcome. It's employees like Marquita that make a hotel stay truly memorable. We highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Port Lavaca to anyone visiting the area. The combination of spotless accommodations, excellent amenities, and truly awesome service makes it a top-notch choice. We will definitely be back!

Hotel is very clean and management is top notch- Christine, the manager, always does her best to accommodate my requests even with late notice. I recommend this hotel over any others in the area!

Wonderful comfortable hotel with outstanding service! Marquita took truly excellent care of me throughout my visit!! She made sure to ask me about my room preferences, told me about all of the amenities in detail, asked me if I needed anything, answered my many questions regarding bringing my bicycle, internet service, and revising my reservation, told me about area restaurants, attractions, and events, helped me navigate around town. As an out of town traveler, I really appreciated it so much, and she was always a ready listener to all my adventures at the end of the day. Her friendly smile and attentiveness made my stay truly outstanding. Yvette who helped serve me breakfast was also outstanding and cleaned up my plates even as I remained seated! She waited on all the guests on the same manner and kept the dining area immaculately clean! Her friendly conversation and ideas for places for me to visit were extremely helpful. I am so impressed by the graciousness and kindness of those that work here - much superior to other hotels I’ve stayed in recently.

Miss. Marquita is one of the best people I have ever come across. My career is 80% travel so I am blessed to meet lots of amazing people during my Hotel stays. She has been kind, respectful, helpful, and a blessing to meet in my everyday Journey! We spend so much of our time complaining, or upset about circumstances in our lives, that we forget to thank the people we come across that might have a smile or a kind word to say. I pray that she is recognized for her exceptional service, and when she is having a bad day, I hope theses words find her, and brighten her day. Thank you Hampton Inn family.
